Teens Path to Success Foundation - A Child in Crisis is a Family in Need

Many Special Thanks to Jeffrey Steele & Edwin McCainfor the memorable and inspirational evening that took place on Sunday, March 27 at Merrimack Hall.  This fundraising event was sponsored by The Pinnacle Schools to support Teens Path to Success Foundation.  The evening was full of artistry, song, laughter and tears, as Steele and McCain shared many personal stories and lighthearted moments.  Words are simply not enough to express our gratefulness to these award winning musicians for donating their time and talent to help raise awareness for our cause.

In addition to the concert, the event included the viewing of wonderful works of art by local teen artists participating in our first annual art contest, themed "Reaching the Pinnacle, Teens Inspiring Teens".  To round out the evening there was also a live auction conducted by auctioneer Jay Lockridge.  The wonderful auction items included a VH1 cruise, 2 personally autographed Austin guitars donated by The Fret Shop and much more.  The auction raised nearly $7000.00 for Teens Path.  The biggest surprise and one of the most emotional moments of the evening came when one of our 1st place winners, Katherine Calvert came on stage and donated her moving piece of art to the auction.  She alone helped raise $600.00 for Teens Path to Success Foundation and was an inspiration to all.

The evening concluded with a beautiful reception and included an opportunity for concert goers to meet Edwin McCain and Jeffrey Steele.  They were as generous in person as they were on stage and patiently signed autographs and took photos until the night ended.
The evening was a huge success and we are extremely grateful to all who supported the benefit.
